Here's a picture of Ryan ready to go - and showing us his axe. If you asked him what fire fighters used their axe for, he'd tell you to chop down doors to save people. Such a little smartie!

Here he is with Mimi - almost time to go! This is his "cheese" face. Mimi looks so cute in her Alice in Wonderland costume!!!

Getting ready to go...and posing with our pumpkins: One for me, one for Daddy, one for Ryan, and one for Baby Boom-Boom!

We did a practice round of trick-or-treating at the tables we set up in the court. He was really interested to dig out whatever it was that was put in his spider basket.

And the parade of kids before we left. Ryan was the littlest - not surpringly!
All-in-all, Ryan had a lot of fun...despite that he was so incredibly exhausted before we even left. That's what no nap will do to a little one! About 5 houses away, he was ready to be carried. Luckily Daddy was there to hoist him onto his shoulders. At just about every house we went to, whoever answered the door would call to their husbands to come look at the little fire chief. He was so cute.
Daddy even took him in a haunted house...Mommy was too chicken to go in it. I hate them - even when run by the kids in the neighborhood. We also stopped at a friend's house the next street over to watch the annual showing of "It's a great pumpkin, Charlie Brown" which they broadcast on their garage door.
Happy Halloween! Can't wait until next year!
